After their successful debut album « Kauan », Tenhi showed a more experimental side of the band on « airut:ciwi » that wasn’t considered a pre-taste of « Väre ». The songs on this CD are more rhythm-based and ethno-styled. The CD draws and captures pictures from the wild nature of northern Lapland, where even today the old traditions of shamans are cultivated and enter modern music through the medium of « airut:ciwi ».

With their sounds, the Finns have been opening up the doors between the worlds since 1996, enchanting listeners with their serene music comprised of folklore, neo-classical elements, and Progressive Rock. The band is one of the oldest and most active groups on label roster. Apart from their music they also present corresponding unique visuals by band member Tyko Saarikko.
